Whats wrong with my iphone 3g?

It started like acting weird yesterday when im texting sometimes when i click a letter it clicks the other one and sometimes i would have to turn it onn its side to press that letter and it does that a lot when i try to press the space bar and it wont let me send pics like when i click on the pic it wont let me press the choose button on the bottom or press cancel. ive updated it and restored it and its still acting the same whats wrong with it?!?!!? please help :((((
