Male or female. need some advice about having sex and things u can do to make it better.?

My favorite position is on my back just because it easier for me.but what things can I do that will spice up the missionary position.and or any other position. What can i do with my body that will pleasure him more...I've seen a lot of positions but don't really know what to do with them. I don't want to be boring on bed.what can I do that will make it feel better for him. I know about the bitting scratching licking and talking dirty.
