LDS missionary is leaving! How do I write him a good-bye letter?

There is this missionary who I deeply like he will be leaving today and I want to tell him how I feel. I want to put my number down so if he would like to contact me then he can.I have no idea how to even start? Honestly I am so clueless rite now! Any help in how I can write him this letter?
