Relationship Problems! :(?

I've been dating my boyfriend for about a month, and we have known eachother and been friends for 2 years. We sayy "i love u" alot and we care about eacother so its a goood relationship. Anyways we have talked about moving farther along and being more intimate. No we are not planning on having any kind of sex, but we are planning onn moving farther than kissing. I'm very confused and usure if i should. I'm scared of getting a reputation oor anything like that. I love him and i want too but im not sure if its the right thing to do. I dont want to wake up 1 day and regret my descisions. What should i do? PLEASE HELP ME :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!
