Do you ever feeling like being a missionary/well-doer for the needy people of the world?

I always wanted to become a humanitarian and it is probably likely that I'll become one down the road, and I know what you mean about the USA having so many poor people, but you have to WANT to be poor in this country to be poor,considering how many grants for the destitute they have here,how many places that offer a discount on all items to people that make under a certain amount of money,and your telling me that you can't find a job with out any experience?......if your that f'cking poor and desperate work at McDonald's or something. You know what the killer of it all is? They REPRODUCE to make even more poor children, creating a whole family that's to lazy to work and is most likely relying on your tax payer $ for their welfare!!! It's ridiculous. I used to have a friend who's whole family went to build houses in Africa (I think it was in Ethiopia?) every Summer. I always saw Princess Diana as a role model because of all her work as a humanitarian. My friend said that it was a life changing experience. I REALLY want to go and help people in Africa when I get older.
