Mean girl alertt!! laughing at me cuz i tripped!?

In social class, i nearly tripped over a cord onn the floor and this girl just laughs out loud. I get so pissed, she's like, "I was not laughing at you!" and i mumble ***** and she hears it and gets angry. She starts being mean to me. Did i do the right thing? GRADE 8
