~Medical Missionary~?

I want to be a missionary. However when i serve people, i dont want to just help them spiritually... but physically too! I found out there are many proffessions for this, but do u know an colleges in california with these studies and courses. and what would i need to major in... medicine or missionary work. Also i would like to know many types of medicine, to be like a doctor but not a syrgen and no specialties. Also for emergency first aid. Do you know any specialties that would have that? Thanks
