Fellow Mormons: What's the weirdest thing you've heard people say about our church?

I once heard someone saying that we worshiped mushrooms. I laughed at that one. He was literally chased out of town. Us mormons didn't chase him out everyone else did. Nearly everyone in my community who wasn't mormon was anti-mormon but they either knew a mormon or were related to one so it was okay for themselves to be against mormonism but once the outsider came they chased him out of town.
