What is wrong with me?

So for the past few days I have been extreemly tired and have been having stomach aches/stomach cramps. I threw up saturday night and last night. Today i woke up and my stomach was hurting and I smelt burning when no one else did. Just a few minutes ago I had like heart cramps. What is going onn?
