You acted childish, lied to her and broke the rules and you are wondering if YOU should forgive HER? Grow up!!! You deserve to be punished for disobeying her. Having a cell phone is a privilege, not a right! Although she shouldn't have broken it, she was obviously upset because she was worried about you. Be thankful you have a mother that cares enough to get upset.
