Is this a glitch and can I fix it? - Lego Harry Potter?

Im trying to master year 3 now, i have mastered 1 and 2 , and I now have a problem. I only have 23/24 gold bricks, and I know where the one is, well is suppose to be. Its not there. Its in "news from azkaban" on the train, when you clear the suitcases for the pet tube, Its supposed to be above the suitcases. Its not there. Can I fix this somehow? Is there a cheat that will give me all the crests for that level so that I dont missout on that one brick? Ive searched, I just cant seem to find an answer to this one. Thanks!
