I've allergic and I need help finding out what I'm allergic to? HELP?

Get an allergy test at the dermatologist's office. It's a scratch test where they expose you to small amounts of allergens to see if your skin reacts. After you know what you're allergic to you can get allergy injections. Food allergies are "cured" as long as you avoid the food that causes the reaction. Sometimes people grow out of their allergies.
