Did T20 Cricket ruin the real cricket world cup?

look its OK that there is t20 world cup but shouldn't it be held after 4 years. it started in 2007 and already 3 world cups are gone. COME ONN??? IMAGINE WE HAVE THE REAL WORLD CUP EVERYDAY. WOULDN'T IT BE STUPID AND BORING??
