Can the horcrux ring from noble collection be re-sized by other jewelers ?

i'm thinking of getting a ring from noble collection harry potter series of replicas but i want the collectors display box, unfortunately it only comes in a size 10 while my ring size is a 6-7 depending on the hand i put it on. i was curious if another jewelry store could re-size the ring for me. i'm looking at the 49 dollar one not the 100 dollar one. so does anyone know
