Are these symptoms of pregnancy?

I eat once a day or not at all.... I been having a massive headache n been feeling like throwing up..... Today I pressed down on my gums n they started bleeding I didnt even press down on them hard?wats going onn... N latley wen I drink or take pills I been throwing up the past few days or just feeling sick ..... N yes I been having unprotected sexx ... Please dnt judge me
